The Purpose Room

Tell my children, that during this unprecedented time this is not a time to be outside the will of God, this is not the time to be an unbeliever, this is not a time to be skipping out on sitting at my feet. This is the time to pray without ceasing, simply seeking my face like never before. This is a time for Christians to be a dominant integral part of society (For such a time as this). During this time of being impacted by the global pandemic, The Church needs to arise and GO FORTH. This is the time to be distracted. This plague will not harm the righteous! During hard times, its easier to play it safe. It is safer to worry, to fret, to be anxious when we are living in this world and constantly consumed by what we see. God, is telling his people. "During this time, cling to me!' I am a good father and see your pain. I can feel and hear all that you are going through. In my prayer time on March 21st, 2020 God shared this verse with my heart. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” - Matthew 26:41 Lust:   is a very strong sexual desire We have many deceptions in this life. However, throughout my experience, I have found out that the most potent is lust. Lust is a very strong sexual desire and the bible tells us to watch out. In the introductory verse in the Book of Matthew, Jesus was talking to the disciples, at this point they were falling asleep because they were tired and Jesus told them this is NOT the time for slumber. WATCH AND PRAY! He wasn't speaking in the context of sex or lust but it can be very much applied. Lust is a beast when its awaken. If I can be transparent for a moment, for the past three weeks I have been lusting over this guy. As we started as friends, we soon engaged in flirting and sexual speech. Lust starts with the non-verbal and if you start to like someone. You will open up that door. At first, I overlook

How many of us have sat on goals and dreams and pushed them down to the farthest part of our mind? God has told us to execute that book, that podcast, launch that blog and business but we have laid dormant in God's plans. We have forgotten our gifts, talents, and the promises of the glory placed on your life! Did you know that you haven't even fully tapped into the your purpose inside of the kingdom. You haven tapped into your destiny! Last weekend, I attended a vision board party and it was incredible!! It was a shared space of believers and we took the time to chat, bond, and write our vision down for the year. We cut out pictures of magazines and I completed mine in one night! it was refreshing. In the beginning of this year God spoke to me two words 'Magnificent shift" God told me he had the ability to shift everything in my life: my finances, my academics, my mindset, and behaviors.
